𩵠Hello From My Heart š©µ
Nobody likes waiting for people or situations to work out when in fact, waiting prepares us to be ready for when the right people and situations do happen.
Just think of this "in between" time as a
"time out" to assess what you really want.
Anticipation and contemplation go
hand-in-hand while waiting.
We don't always have to have all the answers, just stay in the moment and see where it takes you.
In other words, just go with it...
Carly Simon wrote her 1972 hit "Anticipation"
while she was waiting on her date, fellow singer/songwriter Cat Stevens to pick her up.
In "Anticipation", Carly sings about not knowing what the future held for her and her beau, but that she was excited and happy anyway.
Give it a listen:

"In The Meantime"
This book is about what to do in between relationships, how to find what you want out of one and mostly taking care of your needs while waiting.
Take the "in between" time and get in touch with yourself again.

Reverend David Marsh a.k.a.
Rockin' Reverend Dave on
Transitions to Transformation Radio Show TM
told me about a catchphrase he learned in the Army, where he served as a CW5
"Chief Warrant Officer."
In Basic Training he learned this phrase
"Hurry Up & Wait"
which means rushing to get somewhere
... Just to end up waiting.
Whether it was waiting on a line for the Armory to get a weapon, at the Mess Hall
to eat a meal or the Commissary to buy groceries, you would still have to hurry up and wait.
Life works that way. We may try to rush things to happen, but need to be patient and wait.
There's a reason for God's timing.
We've all been in a hurry but get stuck in line at a store or in traffic. When this happens, I know I've been diverted from a potential car accident or other event.
So many times after being "detained," I've noticed driving to or from someplace there would almost always be an accident and if I left "on time" I would have been in that accident.
So I thank God and the angels for their intervention... and making me wait.
See...God's timing š
Here's a funny video from
Former drummer of the 1970's group "Bread" where Mike Botts pokes fun at
"The Wait"
So, whether it's a soulmate you are waiting for or a situation to get better,
Learning to navigate "the wait" and trusting that God's plan is better than we could ever imagine...is worth the wait š
Navigate "the wait" with anticipation, joy and excitement.
Trust in God's Divine Timing
Much Love,
Sue
