š Hello From My Heart ā¤ļø
Today is Wednesday, March 4th 2026
I kept seeing memes on Facebook today that said March 4th should be "March Forth Day".
This got me thinking about situations past and present that I had/have to move/march forth from:
Feelings of Lack & Limitation
False Relationships
Getting out of my own way
Sadness
Toxic Situations
Codependency
I've learned from all of these past relationships and situations and I'm assuming everyone reading this has had to
"March Forth" in their own way.
Every situation and everyone that I've come across in this lifetime with has given me great insight about myself.
Everyone and everything was a mirror reflecting back of what I needed to change about myself.
I highly recommend
"The Seven Essene Mirrors"
By Gregg Braeden on YouTube.
This literally blew my mind wide open to how people and situations revealed to me what needed fixing in my life.

The "Seven Mirrors" (often referred to as the Seven Essene Mirrors of Relationship) are a philosophical framework, popularized by author Gregg Braden, that describes how our relationships and life experiences act as reflections of our internal state. These mirrors are designed to help with self-awareness, personal growth, and understanding the "hidden" aspects of ourselves.Ā
According to the philosophy, the seven mirrors are:
The Mirror of the Present Moment: This reflects who we are in the present moment. If we are feeling angry or joyous, our environment and the people around us will reflect that exact emotion back to us.
The Mirror of Judgment: This reflects what we judge in the moment. When we judge someone, it often highlights a part of ourselves we are refusing to acknowledge or have suppressed.
The Mirror of Lost/Given Away Love: This reflects something we lost, gave away, or had taken away from us. When we feel an intense, magnetic attraction to someone, we may be seeing a part of our own soul or essence that we abandoned.
The Mirror of Forgotten Love (Dark Night of the Soul): This reflects our deepest, most forgotten, or repressed desires/addictions. It often appears as a compulsion or obsession to fill an inner void.
The Mirror of Father/Mother (Sacred Relationship): This reflects our relationship with our parents, which in turn reflects our relationship with the Divine (masculine/feminine energies). It highlights our highest expectations and deepest fears.
The Mirror of the Dark Night of the Soul: This represents the greatest challenge or struggle in our lives. It forces us to confront our deepest fears and transform them into strengths.
The Mirror of Self-Perception (Divine Order): This is the most subtle mirror, reflecting that every experience in our life is perfect. It asks us to stop comparing ourselves to others and accept our unique life journey.Ā
These mirrors are used to help people move from a place of blaming others to a place of understanding that they are co-creators of their reality.Ā
Below is the direct YouTube link for Gregg Braden's phenomenal presentation of
"The 7 Essene Mirrors"
Gregg Braden is a 5-time New York Times best-selling author, researcher, and lecturer recognized for bridging science, spirituality, and human potential. Formerly a computer systems designer and technical operations manager for Fortune 500 companies, he now explores ancient texts to explain the intersection of human consciousness and, in his view, the "Divine Matrix".
I can only speak for myself, but I will say this presentation did open my eyes to how people and situations reflected back on what I needed to work on as far as negative beliefs and mindset.
After all, the world is a mirror of what we feel inside.
I call this "The Cosmic Boomerang"

Part of "Marching Forth" is taking a step back and recognizing patterns of behavior that we see in others reflecting back on ourselves.
While we take a look back at these mirrors, they help us identify, understand and course correct ourselves so that we may march forth and continue on this journey called life.
It's all part of "Earth School 101".

Alan Arcieri was a great friend and mentor when I was just starting to really take Spirituality seriously.
He has since passed, but Alan's work and legacy really helped me understand my purpose in life.
I've found a lot of purpose in my life since learning about how we all mirror each other and course-correct to keep growing and continuing on this journey called life.
I would like to close with my song
"Gotta Keep Moving"
I wrote, produced and sung this in response
to a false relationship, another mirror I learned from.
In this previous relationship, I was called names and told no one would ever want me.
This man reflected back to me the mirrors of what I thought about myself at the moment (Mirror 1) as well as Mirror 2, Judgement.
"It doesn't matter what they say to you"
"It doesn't matter what they do to you"
"Keep on moving till all your dreams come true"
Let's all march forth today and always
After all, we gotta keep moving on this journey called life š
